When do I need a KombiTicket?
In general, you need a separate KombiTicket for all digital ticket types. So, if you have a print@home ticket, a mobile ticket, or a digital season ticket, you must obtain a separate and personalized transportation authorization for the respective event via the KombiTicket portal. Obtaining a KombiTicket remains free of charge!
Showing a digital ticket on public transportation without obtaining a separate KombiTicket (transport authorization) is no longer permitted!
When do I not need a KombiTicket?
Holders of a plastic season ticket or a single ticket printed on an original VfL Bochum hard ticket do not need a separate KombiTicket. In this case, for the 2025/2026 season, the season ticket or single ticket itself serves as a valid transportation ticket.
Additional Information
If you have multiple admission tickets, a corresponding personalized KombiTicket must be obtained for each ticket, provided the ticket holders wish to use public transport.
KombiTickets can be obtained exclusively for home games of VfL Bochum 1848.

for VfL home games can only be obtained a few days before the match.
Guest fans will be informed about the exact time
to obtain the KombiTicket after coordination between the home and guest clubs.

Re-personalization of a transportation authorization is possible up to 12 hours before the respective event.
KombiTickets are valid on the day of the event on public transport within the VRR network (2nd class). The respective tariff regulations apply.
